Multiple Talks- our specialty
The strength of our SMART Health office wellness packages is the ability assess health at the beginning and finale of the program. By doing this we quantify improvements in key function areas, including energy, focus, sleep and symptoms of illness. Our assessments include three steps:
- Step 1: Participants will initially fill out a questionnaire and briefly meet with a SMART Health Staff Member for a Healthy Biomarkers Assessment.
- Step 2: Enjoy monthly SMART Health talks over lunch hour at work. Learn practical ways to empower yourself, get healthy and feel amazing.
- Step 3: Members receive expert wellness tips that can be implemented immediately, access members only savings offers, healthy recipes and educational material.

SMARTEN UP PACKAGE: Pre-company and Employee Health Assessments, 6 Fundamental Level 1 Health Talks over 6 months, Access to Health Network, Social Media Motivation, Post Assessments, Grad luncheon. $3,100 + biomarkers cost per employee ($516 per Health Talk)
GENIUS PACKAGE: Pre-company and Employee Health Assessments, 12 Customized Level 1 Health Talks over 12 months, Access to Health Network, Social Media Motivation, Post Assessments. Also included: SMART Heath web resources and Supplement Packages Graduation party. $6,000 + biomarkers cost per employee ($500 per Health Talk)
DEGREE IN HEALTH PACKAGE: Pre Company and Employee Health Assessments, Pre Employee River of Health and Wellness Goals Assessments, quarterly Assessments, quarterly Level 2 Health Talks, personalized initial 40 minute Doctor visit with testing (fees a la carte), initiate individual Genius Health program. Also included: SMART Health web resources and Supplement Packages Graduation party.
